Thanks for shopping with Physie Pop! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order processing All our products are made to order especially for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be produced before they're dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping destinations We currently ship across Australia. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

Shipping times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note these are estimates and don't include the production time above. Total time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. 

Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delays While we do our best to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to production volumes, courier issues, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience — and we're always here to help if something doesn't arrive as expected.
